The above price includes two adults and children 0 - 5 years old. Use of showers, kayaks, laundry and WiFi in the immediate surrounds of the office is included.
Older children are $5/night. Additional adults are $8/night. We offer a Pay 5 Stay 6 outside of long weekends and school holidays. Single travelers are eligible for 25% off the site price during off peak periods (not available directly online - email or call to book)
Bookings are ONE vehicle per site, and payment is required to confirm your stay.
We request your camping 'footprint' dimensions when booking. Every site is a different shape and size, and helps us and you be sure the site chosen will suit. This doesn't include your car.

Terms & Conditions
Booking Conditions
• Site fee includes first two adults and up to three children 5 years and under
• Maximum people per site is 6, including up to 4 adults (one vehicle)
• A maximum stay of 13 consecutive nights is permitted
• All sites are strictly one vehicle per site
• Under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• All fees and charges are in Australian dollars, and are subject to change without notice.
Peak Periods
• Peak periods cover all Queensland long weekends and school holidays. Easter and Christmas/New Years stays have their own conditions. Dates change annually. There are extra conditions during peak periods – long weekends and school holidays (minimum 2 nights, $10 additional fee per night), Easter and Christmas/New Years (minimum 3 nights, $10 additional fee per night)
Payment of site fees
• You must pay the full booking amount at the time of booking to secure your site.
Changes to Bookings
• Bookings may be altered subject to availability. You may change your booking to another date, by doing so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date (off-peak) and 30 days (peak and Easter/Christmas), by contacting our office on 0477369227. You may do this once per booking, free of charge. Subsequent changes will incur a $10 fee.
• Changes that result in an increase in camping fees will require the payment of the difference in the initial fee paid, and the new fees owing.
• Changes that result in a decrease in camping fees will have 100% (minus a $10 fee) of the difference refunded if more than 30 days from scheduled arrival date, 50% of the difference refunded if within 30 days of scheduled arrival date. No refund if changes are within 7 days of scheduled arrival date.
• We do not offer a credit or a refund for any unused nights, or if you depart your campsite before your booked departure date.
Cancellations
• You may cancel your booking more than 30 days out from the scheduled arrival date for a full refund minus $10 fee.
• You may cancel your booking more than 7 days out from the scheduled arrival date for a 50% refund.
• You will not receive any refund or credit cancelling within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date.
• We do not offer a credit or a refund for any unused nights, or if you depart your campsite before your booked departure date.
Request to extend camping
• A request to extend camping made immediately before or during your stay will be considered where possible.
• You may request to extend your booking by office on 0477369227 or visit the office on-site.
Extreme Situations
• In the event that access to our campground is prevented by weather extremes or emergency situations and if facilities are closed for all or part of your booked stay, we will refund the payment for the unused balance of your stay in full (for a part stay) or minus a $10 charge for cancelling your entire stay.
Personal Behaviour & Misconduct during your stay
• Foxbar Falls has a zero tolerance of abuse of our staff and other guests. Failure to comply may result in eviction from our campground, with no refund or credit for unused nights
• Noise restrictions apply, with music turned off and conversations quietened by 10pm.
Refunds
• We will not refund based on circumstances outside of our control including:
o Unfavourable or unpleasant weather conditions before or during your booked stay
o Personal decisions to change visit plans.
o Personal decisions to arrive some time after the booked start date or leave before the booked end date.
o Ill health or sickness not of a life-threatening nature.

Booking confirmation
• When you book & pay for camping on our website you will have your confirmation sent to you by email. Be prepared to present this confirmation on arrival.
Site Selection
• For reasons beyond our control, there is a slight chance that a site for which you have a confirmed reservation, may not be available when you check in. We will only ever relocate you to a comparable site to your original booking, and only in exceptional circumstances.
Caring for the Environment
For your own safety and for the conservation of our pristine environment we ask that you follow the below guidelines when camping at Foxbar Falls:
• Camping at Foxbar Falls is in designated sites.
• Use the toilet facilities, where provided, or your own caravan toilet or portable toilet. Do not empty chemical toilet into the composting toilets. Please use the dump point adjacent to the Lakeside Trees camping area.
• Take your rubbish home with you or dispose of in the bins provided.
• Wood fires are allowed on the condition that they are extinguished with water after use, and contained in the provided fire pit, or your own fire pit. Fires must be always attended.
• Do not collect firewood from the bush, even if it’s already dead and on the ground. Do not cut branches from trees for firewood. Firewood can be purchased from the campground office.
• Always observe fire bans.
• Chainsaws are not permitted.
Dogs
• We allow up to two dogs at Lakeside Trees, Mountain View, Lakeside Sunny, Q, Archers, Legacy Dam and Edith's Edge campsites. Rock View campsites 1-18 are pet-free. Please phone to discuss the best site if you have a large dog, for the benefit of you and others.
• Dogs must be always on a leash and under control where around other guests. They are permitted on the walks and in the dams.
• You are responsible for your dog at all times, and you may be asked to leave the camping areas if your dog exhibits bad behaviour or makes excessive noise.
Power
• Sites marked and charged as powered require a 15amp power lead (except LS8 and LT1 10amp)
• Each powered site has access to one power point
Day Visits
• Only overnight guests are permitted to use the showers, laundry, kayaks, WIFI and walking trails
• Day visitors unknown to a current guest are not permitted on site
• Day visitors known to a staying guest need to check in and out at the office, and stay a maximum of 2 hours, only between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm, parking at the office carpark
